Refunds for Digital Products

We sell digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned physically, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we typically do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

We may review refund requests in limited circumstances, including:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You did not receive access to the purchased file or download link
  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened properly
  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake
  • There was a technical issue on our side that prevented delivery or access

If one of these situations applies, we may offer a replacement file, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not generally issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer want the product
  • You expected something different without reviewing the product description
  • You purchased the product by mistake but already received access
  • You do not have the necessary software or device to open or use the file
  • You failed to read the product details before purchasing

We encourage customers to read all product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Refund Request Timeframe

If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptions above, you must contact us within [7] days of your purchase.

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process and could result in loss of access to our digital products.
